Checoeslovaquia is a residency centre and a creative factory from and for the barrio*. They understand art and culture as a must-have experience always in dialogue with our territory. That’s where they stand, and they open their doors for a collaborative, diverse and inclusive space for our community.
They believe creative processes are a fundamental part of the artistic production chain and it is their mission to validate them, to encourage them, and to make them visible to all. They accompany artists in their technical and creative needs, with a kind, tangible and respectful approach to creative processes. They open up their spaces for artistic experiences for their people, providing a new sense of community that is built collectively, constantly and dynamically.
